Who are you and how do you operate?
Define industry, services, locations, team, operating hours, and the account information that matters to your workflow.
Kerdexed is a managed lead-conversion and business automation service. These answers explain the workspace, industry tracking, CRM, automation, AI, onboarding, pricing, integrations, and service scope.
Kerdexed is a managed lead-to-customer automation service for local businesses. It combines company and industry intelligence, a private CRM, configured lead follow-up, appointments, conversations, reputation workflows, reporting, and—where included—AI-assisted call handling, forms, and funnels.
No. Kerdexed is not positioned as a payment processor, point-of-sale provider, mobile POS provider, or credit-card terminal company. The service is focused on lead management, business intelligence, follow-up automation, appointments, and converting opportunities into customers.
No. The CRM is the operating workspace, but the service also includes configuration, automation, and an agreed level of ongoing support. The goal is to build a repeatable system around how your business identifies, captures, follows up with, books, and converts opportunities.
Kerdexed can organize company identity, industry, category, locations, related locations, contacts, websites, lead source, notes, appointments, ownership, files, activity, opportunity stage, and other fields relevant to the account.
It is designed for local businesses where missed calls, slow follow-up, appointments, no-shows, reviews, or disconnected lead data affect growth—such as auto, restaurants, retail, home services, trades, beauty, fitness, lessons, professional services, and other inquiry-driven companies.
Foundation is $500 per month, Growth is $1,000 per month, and Scale is $1,500 per month. Your implementation and exact monthly scope are confirmed before activation.
Foundation provides the core operating system: business and industry tracking, merchant CRM, contacts, pipeline, notes and tasks, appointment tracking, core lead follow-up automation, basic reminders, review-request workflows, onboarding, and reporting.
Growth expands the automation layer with broader email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, lapsed-lead reactivation, team ownership and handoffs, enhanced reporting, forms/funnels within scope, and ongoing workflow refinement.
Scale is intended for businesses that need the broadest automation layer. It can include AI-assisted call handling where supported, merchant knowledge-base setup, call qualification and appointment booking, more complex workflow orchestration, expanded forms/funnels, multi-location workflows, and higher-touch support.
Where Scale or an approved implementation includes telephony and AI, Kerdexed can configure a business-specific voice workflow to capture caller information, answer approved questions, qualify inquiries, book appointments or create follow-up tasks, and hand off unsupported situations to a person.

Yes. Appointment booking, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, and no-show recovery can be connected to the same lead record and used as automation triggers when configured.
Yes. Kerdexed can configure review-request workflows after appropriate customer events and track reputation activity where the connected platform allows it.
Yes, depending on plan and agreed scope. Landing pages, appointment pages, forms, surveys, funnels, or small website updates can be configured so new inquiries flow into the workspace and trigger the correct next steps.
No. Kerdexed is designed to improve lead handling, response consistency, follow-through, and visibility. Actual sales and revenue depend on lead quality, offer, market, pricing, staffing, and execution.
We create the workspace, confirm business details and industry, select the appropriate playbook, configure the pipeline, calendars, forms, communication channels, permissions, integrations, and knowledge base, test the workflows, complete acceptance checks, then activate production automation.
Yes. Merchant users authenticate through a separate merchant experience and should only see merchant-facing workspaces and modules they are authorized to access. Internal prospecting, residual, referral, and field-rep data are not part of the merchant workspace.
Yes, depending on the configured plan and permissions. Users can be assigned appropriate roles and access without giving everyone identical visibility or control.
Yes. Locations can remain distinct while being related to the same business when appropriate, with location-specific contacts, addresses, notes, appointments, and workflow context.
Supported integrations can include Google services, telephony/SMS providers, web forms and webhooks, advertising platforms, and other productivity or CRM tools when commercially justified. Each connection should use explicit authorization, least-privilege access, and merchant-scoped credentials.
Use the Merchant Login button at the top-right of this website. It opens the dedicated Kerdexed merchant login at app.kerdexed.com/merchant/login.
The best implementation starts with the real operating process, not a generic feature checklist.
Define industry, services, locations, team, operating hours, and the account information that matters to your workflow.
Identify calls, forms, referrals, ads, lists, walk-ins, and other sources that need to enter the system.
Map the real path from inquiry through qualification, appointment, estimate, sale, review, retention, or reactivation.
